One team between your parts list and the container.
Dongzhan Auto Parts is a Changzhou-based exporter of truck and pickup body parts. We coordinate sourcing, tooling and quality checks with production partners, then own the packing and export documents — so you deal with one supplier, not five.

Sourcing & tooling coordination
Send a drawing, a sample or a part list. We confirm the fitment and specification, coordinate tooling or first-article checks with our production partners, and keep one point of contact for the whole order.

Quality control before packing
Incoming material checks, in-process checks and a final batch inspection before cartons are sealed. Photos and an inspection report go into your file — third-party inspection is welcome at your cost.

Export packing & documents
Carton marks, mixed-SKU consolidation and container loading photos. Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and conformity support are prepared for the destination market.
Order flow
Five stages — each with a document or a photo at the end.
No black boxes. Every stage produces something you can check: a written quote, a sample report, an inspection record, a packing photo or a document set.

Send the requirement
Part number, OEM reference or a photo, the vehicle generation and quantity. A mixed list is fine — use the RFQ list or paste a spreadsheet on the bulk import page.

Quote, sample, confirm
You receive price, MOQ, packing data and lead time in writing. Samples and first-article checks verify fit and finish before the bulk order.

Production & inspection
The batch runs against the confirmed specification. In-process and final inspections check dimensions, finish, function and packing before shipment.

Packing & documents
Export cartons are marked, photographed and loaded. Documents are issued for your customs broker; consolidated LCL/FCL and FOB / CIF / DDP terms are agreed up front.

Shipping & follow-up
Loading photos and document copies go to you on dispatch. After arrival we handle shortage or defect claims against the inspection record and the agreed warranty terms.
Quality control
What gets checked, and what you receive.
Quality is a set of records, not a logo. These checks apply to every batch; special requirements from your market are written into the order confirmation.
Checks on every batch
- • Incoming material: surface, thickness, colour and batch consistency.
- • In-process: dimensions, fit against the fixture, connectors and clips.
- • Function: lamp output/beam, mirror movement, moving parts where applicable.
- • Final: appearance sampling, packing count, carton marks and seal.
What you receive
- • Pre-shipment inspection report with photos.
- • Packing list with carton dimensions and weights.
- • Loading photos before the container is sealed.
- • Copies of the documents issued for your customs broker.
Documents
Documents prepared per market — confirmed per shipment.
Document requirements change by part and destination. Tell us the market and the part numbers, and the document list is confirmed in writing before you order.
- Commercial invoice and packing list issued by Dongzhan
- Certificate of origin (CO) prepared with CCPIT where required
- Conformity support (SABER / PVoC / country schemes) through your importer or broker
- Lighting documentation where the exact lamp family is covered by an existing approval
- Pre-shipment inspection report and loading photos for every shipment

Questions before the first order.
Can we visit the production site? +
Yes — tell us your dates and we arrange a production-site visit or a live video walkthrough with our team. Production and packing photos are also included in the quotation pack so remote buyers can verify the process.
What does the order process look like? +
Five stages: part list and fitment confirmation, specification and quotation, sample or first-article approval, production with in-line checks, then pre-shipment inspection, export packing and documents. One point of contact follows the order through every stage.
What quality checks happen before shipment? +
Incoming material and first-sample checks, in-process (IPQC) checks, and a pre-shipment inspection with a report and photos of packed cartons and the sealed container. Third-party inspection is welcome at your cost.
Which documents come with the order? +
A commercial invoice, packing list and pre-shipment inspection report with photos on every shipment. Certificates of origin are prepared on request; where an existing approval covers a lamp family, the approval number and scope letter go with the quotation. Destination conformity schemes are confirmed with your broker.
