Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Scope of these terms

These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Dongzhan Auto Parts Co., Ltd. (“Dongzhan”, “we”, “us”). They also set out the general basis on which we quote and supply parts. Individual sales are governed by the quotation, proforma invoice, purchase order or contract agreed for that order. If those documents conflict with this page, the order documents prevail.

2. Using this site

• You may browse and use the site for legitimate business purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security, scrape it at scale, or submit false or misleading information through the forms.
• Product data, OEM cross-references and fitment information are provided as a reference. Always verify the part number against the vehicle or the original part before ordering.
• We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site without notice.

3. Quotes & orders

• A quotation is an invitation to order, not an acceptance. An order becomes binding when we confirm it in writing — normally by issuing a proforma invoice or order confirmation.
• Quotations are valid for 30 days unless the quotation states otherwise.
• MOQ, packaging, labelling and specification are as stated in the quotation. Changes after confirmation may change price and lead time and require written agreement.
• We may decline an order, for example if a part cannot be produced to the required standard or if information needed to check fitment is missing.

4. Prices & payment

• Prices are quoted in the currency and Incoterm stated on the quotation. Unless stated otherwise, prices are ex-works and exclude freight, insurance, duties, taxes and any third-party inspection.
• Our standard terms are 30% deposit with the balance payable before shipment, by T/T or another method agreed in writing. Other terms (D/P, L/C) are confirmed per order.
• Bank charges, currency conversion costs and taxes in the destination market are the buyer’s responsibility.
• If payment is late, we may pause production or shipment and charge reasonable storage or financing costs.

5. Lead times & delivery

• Lead times stated on the quotation are estimates based on the production schedule at that time. They are not a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly agreed in writing.
• Incoterms 2020 apply as named on the quotation; risk passes to the buyer according to that Incoterm.
• Delays caused by events outside our reasonable control — including force majeure, port congestion, customs delays, carrier failures or material shortages — do not constitute a breach, but we will keep you informed.
• Inspect goods on arrival and note any visible damage with the carrier. Claims are handled under section 8.

6. Samples

Stock samples are supplied free of charge (one part per SKU) with courier freight payable by the buyer. Made-to-order samples may carry a sample fee, which is credited against a subsequent volume order where stated on the offer. Samples are for evaluation and are not for resale.

7. Intellectual property

• The content of this site — text, illustrations, layout and the Dongzhan name and marks — belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not reproduce it commercially without written consent.
• Drawings, specifications and tooling for customer-specific designs remain the customer’s property where agreed in writing; we do not sell a customer’s proprietary design to third parties.
• Where you send us drawings or samples, you confirm you have the right to do so and that they do not infringe third-party rights.
• Unless separately agreed, tooling we develop for our own ODM range remains our property.

8. Warranty & claims

• Lighting SKUs carry a 2-year warranty against LED failure where the product data states it. Other products carry the warranty stated on the quotation.
• Claims must be reported within 30 days of arrival with photos, carton labels and quantities affected. We investigate and reply within 5 working days.
• For verified defects we offer repair, replacement or credit, at our option. Warranty does not cover misuse, accident, improper installation, unauthorised modification or normal wear.
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising from use of this site or from a supply contract. Our total liability for a verified defect in goods is limited to the invoice value of the affected goods, unless a signed contract states otherwise.

10. Third-party links

This site links to third-party services such as messaging and marketplace platforms. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their terms. Following a third-party link means leaving our terms.

11. Privacy

How we collect and use personal data is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes are subject to the courts at Changzhou, Jiangsu, China, unless a signed contract names a different forum or arbitration. Before starting formal proceedings, both parties will attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.

13. Changes

We may update these terms as the site and our processes change. The revision date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
