RFQ tools

Paste a parts list. We match it to the catalogue.

One line per part — description, OEM number, vehicle and quantity in any order. Matched lines go into one RFQ with quantities already filled in; unmatched lines go to a named sales contact for cross-referencing.

Bulk RFQ import

Paste your parts list — we match it to the catalogue.

One part per line

How it works

From a messy spreadsheet to a quarry-ready list.

Most buyers keep their order in Excel, WhatsApp messages or an email thread from the last container. The bulk import tool turns that list into catalogue SKUs so the quote comes back itemised, with the right OEM references and pack data — not a round of clarification emails.

  1. 01 Paste the list Copy rows from Excel, a WhatsApp message or an old invoice. One part per line.
  2. 02 Review the matches Each line shows the matched SKU, confidence label and quantity. Adjust quantities inline.
  3. 03 Send one RFQ Add matched lines to the RFQ basket, add contact details, and submit once. Unmatched lines go to WhatsApp for cross-referencing.
What format should my parts list be in?

One part per line, in any order: description, OEM number, vehicle and quantity. Mixed formats are fine — we parse quantity, OEM numbers, vehicle names and part families.

How accurate is the matching?

Lines are matched against the same catalogue data as the site search: exact OEM references first, then part family + vehicle generation. Every match shows a confidence label, and you review quantities before anything is added.

What happens to lines you cannot match?

Unmatched lines are usually custom parts, mixed descriptions or OEM references outside our tooling. The tool gives you a one-click WhatsApp handoff so a named sales contact can cross-reference them before quoting.

Can I import more than one vehicle in the same list?

Yes. The list is parsed line by line, so one line can be a D-Max headlight and the next a Hilux tail lamp. Mixed-vehicle, mixed-category containers are exactly what the factory quotes every week.
