All FAQsWhat is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ starts at 20 pieces for stock-fit parts and 50–100 pieces for custom packaging or painted finishes, depending on the part family. Mixed orders across several part numbers are welcome — we quote the total.
Can you send a sample before I place a bulk order?
Yes. Stock samples ship in 3–5 days and custom samples in 5–7 days. You cover the freight, and we credit the sample cost against your first bulk order.
Do your lamps come with approval documentation?
Where a lighting part is covered by an approval, the approval number and scope are sent with the quotation so you can verify the exact part before importing. Tell us the destination market and the part number, and we confirm what applies.
Do you ship DDP to my country?
We ship FOB, CIF and DDP. For DDP we quote door-to-door delivery including duties to the Middle East, Africa, South America, Southeast Asia, North America and CIS — tell us the destination port or city and we will include it in the quote.
Can you produce parts to my drawing or with my brand?
Yes — OEM and ODM are core to our business. We coordinate tooling with production partners from your drawing or sample, and handle logo, label and packaging design. Ask us about tooling lead time and amortisation.
How fast can you quote a mixed order?
Send the RFQ list with part numbers and quantities: price, lead time, packing data and shipping options come back within 24 hours, usually much sooner during China business hours.
