Free sample

Hold the part before you buy the container.

Two ways to get a Dongzhan part in your hand: pull a stock sample from the warehouse, or send a drawing and let our mould shop make one. Manufacturing 5–7 days, express delivery 5–7 days.

  • 1 pc free per SKU
  • 5–7 days manufacture
  • 5–7 days express delivery
  • DHL / FedEx tracking

Two ways

Take a stock part, or make one from your drawing

Most samples are stock parts pulled from the warehouse. If the part does not exist yet, the same team that builds tooling can make a made-to-order sample.

Path A

Order a sample from stock

Already know the part? Pick from our exterior parts range. We confirm fitment by vehicle or OEM number and dispatch from the warehouse.

  • The sample part is free — 1 pc per SKU.
  • You pay the courier freight, quoted before dispatch.
  • Dispatch in 2–3 working days; delivery in 5–7 days.
  • Fitment checked against make, model and year before we ship.

Path B

Send a design file or a demo part

Have a drawing, a concept or a demo on hand? Send it and our mould shop will make a sample to your specification — or tell you honestly if the part needs new tooling first.

  • NDA before drawings or samples are shared.
  • Existing mould? Sample in 5–7 days; no tooling cost.
  • New mould? We quote tooling and sample it as T1.
  • Sample fee credited against your first volume order.

What is free, what you pay, and how long it takes

Process

From request to parcel in four moves

  1. Send the request

Use the form below, or add parts to the RFQ list and note that you want samples. Include the vehicle or OEM reference so we do not guess the fitment.

    Same business day

  2. We confirm stock and fitment

Our team checks the SKU against your vehicle or OEM number, confirms whether a stock sample is available, and quotes the freight to your address.

    Within 1 business day

  3. Sample is packed and dispatched

Stock samples leave in 2–3 working days. Made-to-order samples take 5–7 days to manufacture, then ship by express with a tracking number.

    Dispatch 2–3 days · manufacture 5–7 days

  4. Delivery in 5–7 days

Express delivery to most markets takes 5–7 days. You check fit, finish and packaging on a real vehicle — then decide on volume.

What we need from you

A sample request is fast when the first email has the right details. Four things make the difference.

The part reference
A part name, an OEM number, a photo with dimensions, or the exact part from our catalogue. If you have a damaged part, a photo next to a ruler works surprisingly well.
The vehicle
Make, model and year — and whether it is left-hand or right-hand drive. Pickup generations overlap, and the wrong generation means the sample proves nothing.
Your volume intention
Not a commitment — just the quantity you expect to order per size. It tells us which price band and which packaging to show you with the sample.
Delivery details
Company name, address, contact number and a courier account if you have one (DHL, FedEx or UPS). Freight is payable before dispatch either way.

Questions

Sample FAQ

What buyers ask before the first sample leaves the factory.

Is the sample really free?

For stock items we supply one part per SKU free of charge as a sample. You pay the courier freight. For custom or made-to-order samples there is a sample fee, which is credited against your first volume order. Painted parts and full body kits are quoted individually.

Who pays the freight?

You do — the sample part is the free part, not the express courier. We ship with DHL, FedEx or UPS, either on your account (freight collect) or prepaid and added to the sample invoice. We quote the freight before dispatch so there is no surprise.

How fast can I get a sample?

Stock samples dispatch in 2–3 working days and reach most markets in 5–7 days by express. If the part has to be made — painted, assembled or built from a drawing — add 5–7 days of manufacturing before dispatch.

Can you sample a part from my drawing or a demo part?

Yes. Send the drawing (STEP, IGES or 2D PDF) or the demo part and we review whether it can be produced on an existing mould or needs new tooling. Existing tooling means a fast sample; new tooling means a tooling quote first, then T1 samples.

What if I need samples of several parts?

Send the whole list. We consolidate samples into one express carton where the parts allow it — one freight charge instead of five. For a long list, we may suggest an LCL sample shipment instead of express.
