Fitment first

Which Ranger generation are you repairing?

The Ranger changed body twice in the years that matter for body parts, and the two front ends do not share lamps, grilles or bumpers. Start from the generation, not the year range.

Ford Ranger generation groups and catalogue coverage
Generation Catalogue coverage Fitment note
T6 (2012–2015) Headlights, LED projector upgrade, tail lamps, front bumper, grille, flares, mirror The original T6 front end; parts do not swap with the 2016+ facelift
T7 (2016–2019 in most markets) LED projector headlight kit, LED tail lamps, front bumper, Raptor-style grille, flares, body kit Facelift grille and bumper differ from T6 even where the cab is unchanged
T8 (2019–2021 refresh) Quoted per VIN / OEM number — fitment varies by market and trim Not assumed from a year range; confirm before production
T9 (2022+) Full LED headlight, LED tail lamps, front fender, hood, rear bumper, grille, mirror covers, body kit Next-generation body: T6/T7 parts do not interchange

Send the VIN, the build month and a photo of the front end — or the OEM number off the part you are replacing — and we confirm the generation in writing. The fitment verification guide lists the five data points that resolve most Ranger questions before a container is booked.

The repair basket

The front-end parts a Ranger repair actually needs

A front-end repair is a basket, not a single SKU. These are the families that are ordered together most often — and the accessories that turn a repair order into a retail sale.

Headlights

Collision repair plus LED projector upgrades for T6/T7 and a full LED unit for T9

Tail lamps

Rear-impact repair and smoked LED upgrades; generation-specific housings

Front bumpers, rear step bumpers

The highest-volume collision item after lamps; confirm sensor cut-outs and tow-hook openings

Grilles

OE-style or Raptor-style for T6/T7 and T9; trim determines the correct part

Steel fenders and hoods

E-coat primed panels for body shops and fleet refurbishment

Flares, body kits, mirror covers

Retail and styling lines: lighter cartons, higher margin per unit

Numbers and traps

OEM numbers, trims and the fitment traps that cause returns

Ranger parts are ordered from a generation, but they are checked against the original part. Four traps account for most of the wrong-part shipments we see.

01

T6 vs T7 front end

The 2016 facelift changed grille, bumper and lamp detailing. A T6 lamp will not sit correctly in a T7 surround.

02

T9 is a new body

Next-generation T9 lamps, fenders and hoods do not interchange with T6/T7 parts, even where the thumbnail looks similar.

03

Trim changes the grille

Wildtrak, Raptor-style and XL/XLT trims use different grilles and bumper detailing. Quote the trim, not just the year.

04

OEM reference, not a guarantee

Where an OEM cross-reference is captured it is a strong signal, not proof. Confirm left/right, supersession and connector before printing labels.

For a deeper explanation of number anatomy and cross-reference checks, read how to read OEM part numbers. If your market already buys a specific SKU, send that SKU or the original part number with the inquiry — it is faster than a photo.

Approvals

E-MARK scope, and what it does not cover

Lighting is the regulated part of the basket. The wording matters more than the badge on the page.

  • Selected lamp families carry E-MARK documentation approval; the approval scope is confirmed per part number on request.
  • E-MARK is a European component approval — it does not replace FMVSS 108 for US road use, nor the Gulf conformity scheme your importer follows.
  • For US-bound lighting, validate the assembly with a US test lab before on-road listing; ask us for the technical file first.
  • For SABER or PVoC markets, conformity documents are commonly required — confirm scope and documents with your broker.

What we can send with a quote

Product data sheets, test reports for the lamp family, packing data and the scheme checklist for your destination. Certificates that are raised in the importer's name stay with the importer — we prepare the technical file so your body can issue them without a back-and-forth.

Order mechanics

MOQ, packing and container planning

Ranger lamps, panels and kits pack differently, which decides how a mixed first order should be built.

  • MOQ starts from 20 pcs per part on stock items — 20 pairs for lamps and 30 pcs for some grilles.
  • Lamps ship one pair per foam-lined carton; steel fenders and hoods ship one panel per carton with edge protection.
  • Production for stock items is typically 7–15 days after confirmation; painted or newly tooled parts take longer.
  • Mixed containers are normal: combine lamps, panels, bumpers and accessories to fill the volume and spread freight.
  • Ask for the measured carton size and CBM per SKU at quotation — catalogue volumes are planning numbers.

Ranger SKUs ready to quote

Part names stay in catalogue language so they match your list and the invoice. Every card links to the part page with fitment, MOQ, packing and OEM references.

Prices shown on part cards are indicative catalogue bands, not a quotation. The written quote confirms the SKU, market specification, packing and incoterm.

Questions

Ford Ranger body parts — FAQ

The questions buyers ask before pricing a Ranger basket. If yours is not here, send it with the part list — you get a named contact and a written quote.

Do these Ranger body parts fit both T6 and T9 trucks?

No. The T6/T7 (2012–2019) and T9 (2022+) are different bodies, and the front-end parts do not interchange. Send the build year, market and a photo of the front end — or the VIN — and we confirm the generation in writing before production. The same applies to 2019–2021 refresh trucks, which we quote per VIN because fitment varies by market.

Are the Ranger headlights E-MARK approved?

Selected lamp families carry E-MARK documentation approval, and the approved scope is available on request per part number. E-MARK is a European component approval: it does not replace FMVSS 108 for on-road sale in the United States, and it does not replace the conformity scheme your market requires. Confirm the route with your broker or test lab before you list the lamp for road use.

What is the MOQ and lead time for Ranger body parts?

MOQ starts from 20 pcs per part on stock items (20 pairs for lamps, 30 pcs for some grilles). Typical production is 7–15 days after confirmation and deposit, with painted or newly tooled items taking longer. Mixed orders across lamps, panels, bumpers and accessories are welcome in one container.

Can you supply Ranger parts with our branding and packaging?

Yes, within the OEM/ODM service: your logo, labels and printed cartons according to your market rules. Full kits can be packed retail-ready for accessory shops, and painted-to-code parts are quoted per colour programme.

Is DDP available for Ranger parts?

Yes — FOB, CIF and DDP, depending on the lane. We quote DDP to most of the worldwide we serve, with freight, insurance, duty and destination charges in one number; transit times are planning estimates confirmed with the forwarder at booking.

Do you sell Ranger OEM numbers or genuine Ford parts?

We manufacture aftermarket body parts to fit the Ranger and list OEM cross-references where they were captured from public listings. We do not sell genuine Ford-branded parts. Verify every cross-reference against the VIN or the original part number before ordering, and ask us for a sample when a new SKU is business-critical.
